Role Description
We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our Warehouse team.
You will report to the Material Logistics Manager.
Location
On-site role - working 5 days a week (Sunday to Thursday) from our offices in Caesarea.
What you will be doing:
- Performing hands-on warehouse work as part of the W/H team, including receiving, inspecting, delivery, picking, packing, order fulfillment and shipping.
- Managing inventory: cycle counts, physical counts, and stock accuracy.
- Arranging and maintaining the storage area in an orderly, safe and clean condition.
- Updating and managing W/H records and transactions in the ERP system, and generating reports as needed.
- Following and maintaining W/H working procedures and taking part in improvements and initiatives.
- Working with the Operations and R&D teams to provide timely logistics support.
- Handling materials and equipment according to safety guidelines.
What you should have:
- 1-5 years of experience as a warehouse employee in a Hi-Tech or Industrial companies. Knowledge of the standard warehouse terminology and work processes.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy, and able to perform well under pressure.
- Willingness to do physical work, arrive early (07:00) or work overtime when required.
- Ability to communicate in English, mainly via email correspondence.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of service orientation.
- MS Office and XLS skills. Experience working with ERP.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Working with Freight Forwarders (DHL, UPS), experience with maintaining shipping paperwork – an advantage.
