About us

Do you want to actively drive Switzerland’s digital transformation in the age of AI and support decision-makers as a trusted sparring partner?

ELCA Advisory is the independent partner for sovereign AI and digital transformation in Switzerland’s core sectors.

We shape Switzerland’s sovereign AI transformation, moving strategy, delivery and change in lockstep. Our experienced consultants and coaches work alongside 2,000+ engineers, sovereign solutions, infrastructure and AI cybersecurity experts — what we shape with clients is what ELCA can build and scale.

To support our growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant with a focus on AI-powered Digital Business Transformation to strengthen our teams in Pully/Lausanne and Geneva.

Your responsibilities

Within focused advisory mandates or longer transformation programmes, you take on – depending on client needs – responsibilities in consulting, business analysis, facilitation, or leading key work packages/workstreams and sub-projects.

While you work with a high degree of independence, you collaborate closely with your ELCA Advisory colleagues and draw on the expertise of the wider ELCA Group as needed.

This includes:

- Close collaboration with client decision-makers and executives, at C-level and across operational levels

- Shaping the interface between business and IT – from AI/digital and IT strategy, transformation planning and the design and roll-out of future-ready operating models to enterprise architecture and implementation, together with our experts and delivery teams

- Independently planning and delivering workstreams, and supporting and coaching junior colleagues through regular feedback

- Supporting the building and nurturing of lasting client relationships, including contributing to proposals and public tenders

- Contributing to the further development of our consulting offering in at least one focus area

- Actively contributing to the development of ELCA Advisory, from thought leadership to systematic knowledge sharing within the team

What we offer

- Real opportunities to actively shape Switzerland’s digital and AI transformation in challenging projects with high societal relevance

- An active and visible role in our growing consulting business, with regular opportunities to demonstrate leadership, take on leadership roles and help evolve our consulting offering

- Clear development opportunities with a transparent path to Engagement Manager and beyond

- Close collaboration with world-class experts and an inspiring, diverse team in a stimulating, dynamic and open environment across the ELCA Group

- Regular, constructive feedback from colleagues as part of your personal development, and an open feedback culture lived every day

- Access to high-quality training (technology, methods, soft skills)

Your profile

- Passion for using technology to transform organisations and make a positive difference to people and society in Switzerland and beyond

- 4–7 years of professional experience, primarily in high-end management or technology consulting, with a comparable level of responsibility

- Strong consulting skills, with experience of strategic projects in cross-functional teams

- Strong active listening, a quick grasp of new topics and strong problem-solving skills

- Strong analytical and methodological skills and an understanding of complex interdependencies

- Ability to work independently and as a team player, with excellent interpersonal skills

- Experience preparing presentations for senior management and competence in running workshops with diverse stakeholders

- Specific knowledge of relevant topics, e.g. artificial intelligence incl. agentic AI, cloud transformation, public procurement – from strategy development to implementation

- Entrepreneurial spirit and a positive, solution-oriented and pragmatic mindset

- Willingness to travel as required by projects

- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in business informatics, engineering or natural sciences; a specialisation in business or an MBA is a plus

- First certifications in common methods and frameworks (TOGAF, COBIT, SAFe, HERMES, PMP (PMI), CISM, etc.)

- Excellent communication skills in French (spoken and written, at least C1 level) and English; German is a plus
