You will lead the design, development, and optimization of products from incubation through production. You will write, test, and debug modern C++ software, integrate customer and internal software, turn requirements into technical solutions, and mentor junior engineers.

- Identify and improve ineffective processes and code
- Integrate customer and internal software into products
- Write, test, and debug efficient modern C++ code
- Translate customer and product requirements into technical solutions
- Train and mentor junior engineers
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related engineering field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing performant modern C++, or willingness to learn C++
- Procedural and object-oriented programming experience
- Knowledge of clean-code principles and object-oriented design patterns
- Experience with Docker, containerized development environments, and Linux-based operating systems
- Ability to hold UK Security Clearance
