Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
This role is a complex combination of incentive design, user experience management, agentic workflow automation, and principled product thinking to redefine how the sales engine makes daily, weekly, and quarterly decisions to drive growth. As the Product Manager for Sales Workflows, you will lead the multi-year product strategy and global execution to transform end-to-end planning, pipeline management, and forecasting workflows across large customer sales and customer solutions.
Your mission is to replace legacy, administrative manual data entry with an intelligently automated system. You will balance business predictability goals for sales and product leadership and outcome intelligence goals for go-to-market leadership, while building AI-powered, seller-friendly workflows that save seller hours and improve pipeline data quality.

- Pioneer an AI-powered planning agent to manage the ingestion of unstructured team and client artifacts and auto-draft annual plans.
- Drive pipeline simplification by redesigning the opportunity creation process and deprecating low-value manual fields.
- Architect continuous AI hygiene systems that monitor communication signals to automatically detect stale deals and prompt proactive pipeline updates.
- Launch agentic forecasting workflows that auto-synthesize pipeline shifts and market headwinds into executive-ready forecast notes.
- Lead complex cross-functional change management with Engineering, UX, and executive stakeholders to navigate platform migrations and maintain high platform adoption.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
- Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.
- Experience with enterprise CRM systems, sales intelligence data pipelines, and business-to-business (B2B) sales workflows.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
- 4 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
- 3 years of experience in software development or engineering.
- 3 years of people management experience with direct reports, and in technical leadership.
- Consistent track record of metric driven results delivery.
