Deployment Strategist / Success Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a customer operations team at an early-stage AI voice software company. This hands-on, customer-facing role spans two tracks: Deployment Strategists guide customers from project scoping through their first production calls, while Success Engineers support live customers by improving adoption, retention, and expansion.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Scope customer use cases, configure and tune voice agents, and lead user acceptance testing to bring customers into production.
- Build integrations between AI agents and customer systems such as CRMs, dialers, calendars, and ticketing platforms, including custom tools and webhooks.
- Monitor agent performance, refine prompts and workflows, and troubleshoot integration and call-quality issues in production.
- Manage customer projects and accounts, with a focus on deployment timelines and pilot outcomes or ongoing adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Lead customer workshops and training, and share customer needs with product teams.
- Create repeatable deployment and adoption playbooks, workflows, and documentation.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- For Deployment Strategist: at least 1 year in a high-stakes, customer-facing role such as consulting, implementation, sales, or account management, including leading complex projects end to end.
- For Success Engineer: at least 2 years in a technical customer-facing role such as technical account management, solutions engineering, implementation, or SaaS support.
- Experience building workflows and AI agents, with practical knowledge of prompt engineering, APIs, webhooks, and integration troubleshooting.
- Experience designing and deploying integrations with customer backend systems, managing multi-stakeholder pilots, and documenting technical setups and best practices.
- Fluent English and German are required. Experience with voice agents, conversational AI, or customer operations in sectors such as energy, telecom, insurance, or financial services is useful.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
€75,000 to €110,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
LOCATION
Deployment Strategists work on-site in Berlin, Germany. Success Engineers may work hybrid within Europe and should expect travel.
