Current Schedules:
Current available schedules will include weekends.

Security Officer Schedules:
Majority of shifts will be 2nd shift (2PM – 10PM) and / or 3rd shift (10PM – 6AM).
Flex Officer Schedules:
Schedules will consist of filling in for call-offs, covering requested days off, vacation requests, and extra coverage for special assignments. Majority of these shifts will be 2nd shift (2PM – 10MP) and / or 3rd shift (10PM – 6AM).

What You Can Expect:
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
- Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
- Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
- Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
- Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
- Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
- Conduct tours of the property.
- Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.
Basic Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for an Illinois PERC Security Officer License.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma, GED, or willing to complete a GED program.
- Average computer skills needed, above average computer skills a plus..
- Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
- Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
- Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
- Must have a professional demeanor.
- Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
- All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
- Must be able to walk on uneven terrain and walk up / down flights of stairs / ladders.
- Position is about 75% to 80% standing / walking.
- Position can be up to 75% to 80% of the time outside in various weather conditions (except lightning, hail, and tornado).
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record needed (All our positions will be driver certified).
- Must have reliable transportation (Public transportation is not available at most work site locations).
- Must have reliable working communication device (cell phone).
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
- Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus..
