- Review contractor look-ahead schedules, manpower histograms, equipment deployment plans, production reports, and productivity data.

- Monitor progress across fabrication stages, including material receipt, cutting, fit-up, welding, NDT, dimensional inspection, coating, assembly, and final release.

- Identify critical delays, resource constraints, material shortages, engineering hold points, and inspection bottlenecks affecting fabrication progress.

- Coordinate with the PMC Planning and Project Controls teams to validate reported progress and forecast completion dates.

- Review contractor recovery plans and monitor corrective actions for delayed structural assemblies, piping spools, modules, and other fabricated items.

- Participate in daily coordination meetings, weekly progress reviews, and monthly project meetings.

- Provide timely reports on fabrication status, outstanding activities, constraints, risks, and mitigation measures to the PMC Construction Manager.

- Ensure fabrication priorities are aligned with site installation sequences, offshore campaign schedules, transportation windows, and project handover milestones, where applicable.
