Business Systems Engineer

You will design, implement, and support integrations and automations across enterprise applications. You will lead systems architecture, translate business requirements into technical solutions, optimize financial workflows, troubleshoot data issues, and maintain reporting and governance practices.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, implement, and maintain business-system integrations and automations
- Lead business-systems architecture, integration strategy, and process optimization
- Build and support Workato and enterprise-application integrations
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Support Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report workflows
- Develop and troubleshoot reporting and data workflows
- Troubleshoot data, system, workflow, and integration issues
- Contribute to system governance, data integrity, and operational readiness
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years of relevant business systems, systems engineering, enterprise applications, or integrations experience
- Experience in startup, IPO-readiness, and enterprise environments
