About the role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Risk Data & Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in the business ownership and ongoing evolution of CBUS’ Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) platform, Archer SaaS. Working closely with the Senior Manager, Risk Data & Analytics, you will help shape the strategy, roadmap and governance framework, building a service which people will love, while also ensuring it continues to meet the changing needs of the business, regulators and members.
This is a highly visible role that partners with senior stakeholders across CBUS to transform complex business requirements into practical and scalable technology solutions. You'll lead platform enhancements, change and release activities, data governance initiatives and vendor management while driving innovation, adoption and data-driven decision making across the organisation.
Key accountabilities
- Driving the strategy, roadmap, governance and continuous improvement of the enterprise GRC platform.
- Build relationships and partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective system solutions and platform enhancements.
- Lead change, release and user adoption activities to support successful platform outcomes.
- Improve platform data quality, reporting, insights and governance to support informed decision making.
- Manage vendor performance and collaborate across teams to deliver strategic and operational priorities.
What will you bring?
- Significant experience managing enterprise platforms, business systems, products or services within a complex environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to balance business, regulatory, operational and user priorities.
- Proven experience leading technology change, releases and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills with senior leaders.
Prior experience in GRC or financial services is beneficial but not essential. Key to your success will be your ability to engage stakeholders and drive correct platform usage, while at the same time delivering an uplift of platform governance.
