When joining Tieto Banktech as a Test Environment Administrator
- We operate containers and deploy to OpenShift using ArgoCD.
- We practice GitOps on GitHub, provide guidance through Slack, and contribute to a strong DevOps culture.
- We strive to streamline and optimize the operation of our pre-production environments through automation and AI, helping to establish the foundation for an optimal production environment for our Tieto Banktech products.
- Our day-to-day work increasingly involves Infrastructure as Code. Experience with, or a motivation to learn, this is considered an advantage (e.g., Terraform).
- Experience with VMware is an advantage.

Who we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or other relevant education.
- Experience with Linux and Kubernetes through studies, work, or personal projects.
- Programming skills, preferably in Python, with a passion for problem-solving.
- A strong interest in AI, machine learning, and automation.
- Experience with OpenShift and Grafana is a plus.
- Fluent in Norwegian (or another Nordic language) and English, both written and spoken.
