Account Executive
Tracksuit · London, United Kingdom · hybrid
GBP 45,000 to 55,000 per year
Tracksuit exists to help marketers prove their brand building is working. We give teams the data they need to make smarter decisions, convince stakeholders, defend budgets, and track their progress. The brand tracking industry is dominated by 100-page reports, static data and big price-tags. We're doing things differently by being built for the modern marketer: always-on, accessible, and approachable.
We're now tracking more than 1,000 brands across 25 countries globally. With offices in Auckland, Sydney, London and New York City, we're scaling fast with a brilliant team of collaborative and ambitious humans. Our culture is defined by "high care, high performance". We strive to be the best and look after each other while we do it.
ARE YOU OUR NEXT ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE IN LONDON?
The UK and Europe are Tracksuit's fastest-growing markets, and there's a huge amount still to build. As a Senior Account Executive, you'll own new business across the region - running the full sales cycle, closing deals that span multiple markets, and helping shape how we win here.
Tracksuit is a tool, but it's also a community for brand marketers and ambitious leaders who believe in the power of brand. You'll thrive in this role if you're excited to connect with the best brands and agencies in the world and help shape how modern consumer companies are built.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own a monthly new business target, running the full sales cycle from first conversation to close
- Work inbound and SDR-sourced opportunities alongside our UK SDRs, mostly with mid-market brands across a wide range of B2C industries
- Co-sell agency-referred deals with our UK Partnerships team - agencies brought in around 20% of EMEA new business over the last year
- Run deals that span several UK and European markets; recent big wins have each covered 5–7 markets
- Deliver sharp, story-led demos that show the value of Tracksuit, tailored to each brand
- Work hand-in-hand with the wider go-to-market team - marketing, events, partnerships and referrers - to drive new business into the funnel
- Be a face of Tracksuit at London events and dinners
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years of quota-carrying experience, with a track record of independently owning pipeline and closing deals against an individual revenue target
- Clear evidence of working outbound opportunities, not just inbound
- Experience selling into mid-market, and ideally enterprise
- A collaborative seller who works across go-to-market functions such as digital marketing, events, partnerships, and referrers, to build pipeline, or at least understands how those pieces come together to drive new business
- Thoughtful, kind and structured, with an activity-based, goal-oriented mindset
- Someone who loves networking, showing up at events, and being the face of a fast-growing startup
An SDR background is welcome, but this isn't a step straight up from an SDR seat as we're looking for someone who's already carried a closing number.
Bonus points if you love brands, or know marketing or MarTech.
WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT

- Small team, high visibility. You'll have room to make your mark, with a bigger London office on the way.
- A product with a point of view. We're changing how brands get tracked, and you'll be selling to the people who care most.
- A high-performing team that likes to win together.

HOW WE HIRE
A short phone screen, a first interview, a take-home case study alongside an in-person interview at our London office, and a final chat with one of our leadership team. We'll tell you where you stand at every step.
🐾 FYI: we're pet-friendly in principle and practice, with the occasional four-legged visitor adding to the charm, not the chaos.
