Vice President, Revenue Marketing
Minecast · Great Britain, London, United Kingdom
bout the position
The Vice President, Revenue Marketing owns the engine that turns brand leadership into pipeline and revenue. You will run the programmes that create demand with new customers, accelerate open opportunities, and move existing customers onto the full Mimecast Apex platform.
You will be measured on pipeline and revenue. Not activity. Not lead volume.
This is a global role. You will lead teams across campaigns, demand generation, digital, and marketing operations, and you will sit on the marketing leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
§ Revenue marketing strategy. Build the global plan that connects marketing investment to NARR targets by region, segment, and route to market.
§ Demand creation and capture. Lead integrated campaigns across paid, organic, web, content syndication, and webinars. Balance long-cycle demand creation with in-quarter capture.
§ Account-based marketing. Run tiered ABM with sales leadership against named ICP accounts, from one-to-one programmes for strategic accounts to one-to-many at scale.
§ Installed-base expansion. Design the programmes that move customers from a single product to the full Mimecast Apex platform. Partner with Customer Marketing and Customer Value Management on adoption and cross-sell.
§ Digital and web performance. Own conversion across the website and digital channels. Test continuously. Increase hand-raises from target accounts.
§ Marketing operations and measurement. Own marketing operations, the marketing technology stack, and attribution. With Sales Operations, own the pipeline model and funnel reporting. Report cost per opportunity, pipeline velocity, and return on programme spend to the executive team.
§ AI-enabled marketing. Put intent data, AI agents, and automation to work to personalise at scale and remove manual work from the funnel.
Essential Skills and Experience:
§ 15 or more years in B2B technology marketing, including at least 7 years leading demand or revenue marketing teams.
§ Cybersecurity experience, or deep experience selling complex platforms to technical and executive buyers.
§ A record of scaling marketing-sourced pipeline and improving conversion, with numbers you can defend.
§ Experience leading global teams across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
§ Experience with with channel and MSP routes to market.
§ Experience running marketing operations and a modern revenue stack: Salesforce, marketing automation, intent and ABM platforms, attribution and BI tools.
§ Commercial judgement. You understand ARR, net revenue retention, CAC, and payback, and you make investment decisions on them.
