About Payoneer

Founded in 2005, Payoneer is the global financial platform that removes friction from doing business across borders, with a mission to connect the world’s underserved businesses to a rising global economy. We’re a community with over 2,500 colleagues all over the world, working to serve customers, and partners in over 190 countries and territories.

By taking the complexity out of the financial workflows–including everything from global payments and compliance to multi-currency and workforce management, to providing working capital and business intelligence–we give businesses the tools they need to work efficiently worldwide and grow with confidence.

Role Summary

We’re looking for a strong product leader to join our Mobile team and own the Payoneer mobile app.

Mobile is a primary engagement and execution surface for our customers - where activation, conversion, trust, and repeat usage are won or lost.

In this role you’ll take full ownership of a mobile domain, from strategy and problem definition through delivery and measurable impact, building experiences designed for how customers actually behave on mobile.

This role sits within the broader Account Experience crew and together you’ll shape how Payoneer customers discover, use, retain, and ultimately love the product.

What You’ll Do

- Own outcomes & features — take full end-to-end ownership of a mobile domain, from strategy and problem definition to delivery and measurable impact

- Drive conversion and friction reduction — analyze funnel gaps, identify root causes, define hypotheses, and ship improvements that move key metrics

- Build mobile-first experiences — leverage native capabilities to improve clarity, speed, and trust, designing for high-frequency mobile behavior rather than web parity

- Make clear tradeoffs — prioritize based on impact and constraints, balancing quick wins against long-term product direction

- Partner and influence — work closely with engineering, design, analytics, and cross-domain stakeholders to maximize business impact

Who You Are

- You have 4–7 years of product management experience

- You’ve owned a mobile app domain end-to-end for at least 2 years (must-have)

- Proven experience in working with App-store connect and google consule

- You’ve made proven, demonstrable impact on activation, conversion, or engagement metrics

- You have strong funnel thinking and hands-on experimentation experience

- You’ve driven execution with engineering teams at scale

- You define direction — you’re not just executing a backlog

- You operate with high ownership and are comfortable working independently

Extra Points Will Be Given On

- Experience with AI-powered product experiences — personalization, recommendations, or intelligent automation on mobile

- Familiarity with financial products — payments, cards, multi-currency, or working capital — and the trust and clarity considerations they demand

- Fluency across analytics platforms (Amplitude, FullStory, Mixpanel, or similar) and a habit of using them proactively

- Experience in global, multi-market products where localization and cultural context shape mobile decisions
