ABOUT THE ROLE
Join the commercial team at an early-stage energy technology company building services for the European energy market. You will take on cross-functional challenges and create reliable operating systems that support growth and customer trust in a regulated industry.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Address varied challenges across finance, legal, recruiting, customer support, and partner management.
- Own problems from initial scoping through execution and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Adapt your focus as business needs and priorities change.
- Help develop operating practices and processes alongside your core work.
- Contribute to a culture of clear communication, ownership, and craftsmanship.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 2 years of strong performance in a high-achievement environment, such as a startup, consulting, investment banking, professional sports, or high-end hospitality.
- An early-career candidate with a steep growth trajectory, rather than an experienced manager.
- A clear record of exceptional achievement in an academic, entrepreneurial, athletic, or professional setting.
- A technical background and evidence of a strong career trajectory.
- Experience or transferable skills across commercial areas such as banking, legal, operations, or partnerships.
- Strong learning agility, sound judgment, initiative, and the ability to work effectively with others.
- Fluent German at C1 level or higher.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Annual salary: €75,000 to €100,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.
LOCATION
On-site in Berlin, Germany, normally five days per week.
