AP Processor (Part-Time Contract)

Overview

You will support accounts payable and receivables for Mesh on a part-time basis, using Bill.com, NetSuite and AI-assisted invoice processing.

What You'll Do

- Triage the AP inbox and review bills captured in Bill.com before they route for approval.

- Collect vendor forms (W-9, W-8BEN) and file new-contractor reports.

- Answer routine vendor questions and follow up on missing card receipts.

- Send scheduled payment reminders and first collection follow-ups.

- Help clear older and miscoded bills in the first two months

Who You Are

- 2+ years of accounts payable or receivable.

- Bill.com and NetSuite experience.

- Reliable availability during US business hours.

- Fluent written English; Spanish a plus.
