Location: Glasgow
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: Starting salary of £27,000 per annum plus monthly bonus potential

We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our Glasgow team in a varied role combining customer service, warehouse operations, and local customer support.

What You'll Be Doing
Customer Service & Operations
- Handling incoming customer enquiries by phone and email
- Building strong relationships with customers and delivering exceptional service
- Providing updates on orders and deliveries
- Processing orders and purchasing stock
- Supporting day-to-day branch operations
- Making local customer deliveries when required
- Working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure customer satisfaction
Warehouse Responsibilities
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately
- Receiving and processing incoming goods
- Managing stock movements and inventory
- Conducting stock counts and maintaining warehouse accuracy
- Preparing shipments and dispatching orders
- Supporting general warehouse and operational activities
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Basic IT skills would be advantageous
- Warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
- Forklift experience is desirable, although full training can be provided
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
