ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a technical delivery team building and deploying conversational AI agents for enterprise customers. You will own implementation from scoping through launch and iteration, helping customers achieve reliable, high-quality outcomes while sharing feedback that improves the platform.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead end-to-end AI agent implementations, from initial customer scoping through launch and ongoing iteration.
- Translate customer requirements into structured build plans and configure the components needed to deliver effective agents.
- Work with customer technical stakeholders and internal product, engineering, success, and go-to-market teams to coordinate delivery.
- Validate integrations and agent performance, identify gaps, and help ensure agents operate reliably at scale.
- Share customer feedback and implementation learnings to inform improvements to agent-building tools and workflows.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Typically 3 or more years of relevant experience, with experience shipping technical solutions end to end for customers.
- Ability to write code in Python and work with APIs and integrations.
- Background at a technically complex B2B SaaS company, with experience building customer-facing technical solutions.
- Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, conversational systems, or automation workflows.
- Strong communication skills, clear problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively with technical customer stakeholders.
- Strong computer science fundamentals, demonstrated through relevant education or equivalent engineering experience.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $175,000 to $230,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
