About the role
Our Brisbane
office is continuing to grow, and we are looking for an IT Support Officer to join our team.
In this role, you will provide frontline IT support across Australia and New Zealand, managing helpdesk enquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring requests are logged, prioritised, resolved, or escalated through the ITSM system.

What You'll Need
- 1+ years' experience in an IT support, service desk, or similar role
- Experience working with ITIL frameworks and ITSM practices
- Experience supporting and administering Microsoft 365 environments, including user management, endpoint management, security, and Windows 10/11 support.
- Strong understanding of cyber security principles, threat monitoring, and incident response
- Sound knowledge of networking, remote access technologies, and connectivity troubleshooting
- Experience deploying, supporting, and maintaining applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
