As we continue to expand our reach and impact, we seek a highly motivated Sr Director, Marketing to lead strategic marketing initiatives for our Enterprise Dealer Group (EDG) business unit.
This role acts as a commercial growth leader owning the full end-to-end marketing engine (demand generation through conversion, retention, and monetization) with direct accountability for revenue growth, market share expansion, and margin improvement across the EDG dealer network.
Responsibilities
Commercial Growth & Revenue Ownership
- Own the full commercial marketing system spanning demand generation, conversion, retention, and lifetime value, explicitly tying marketing activity to revenue lift and margin impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with North America (NA) Marketing, Center of Excellence (CoE) marketing teams, product, sales, and customer success to develop and implement integrated, data-driven marketing initiatives that optimize performance and business impact
- Hold explicit revenue ownership for marketing‑driven growth across the distributed EDG dealer system.
- Build standardized, scalable dealer marketing playbooks with explicit accountability for dealer‑level revenue lift, adoption, and profitability outcomes.
Customer, Brand & Market Impact
- Translates voice‑of‑consumer insights and brand strategy into measurable commercial outcomes, including growth penetration, revenue contribution, and lifetime value improvement.
Financial Discipline & Profitability (EBITDA, ROI, CAC/LTV)
- Demonstrates strong financial fluency, including direct contribution to EBITDA, margin expansion, and growth‑versus‑profitability trade‑off decisions.
- Owns and optimizes Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) to Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) ratios, managing lifecycle economics across channels and cohorts.
Capital Allocation & Investment Performance
- Manages the marketing budget as strategic capital allocation, setting ROI‑ and margin‑based investment thresholds and reallocating spend based on performance.
- Defines and enforces ROI and ROAS performance thresholds required for continued or incremental investment.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in omnichannel marketing, including organic, paid, and earned media across multiple platforms.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies.
- Hands-on experience managing SEM, CRM, and paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
- Deep expertise in SEO, content marketing, and organic growth strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud).
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring marketing teams.
- Passion for innovation and staying ahead of marketing trends and technologies.
- Experience in both B2C and B2B marketing, ideally within home services or consumer goods sectors preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and email marketing platforms (SF Marketing Cloud) highly preferred.

Target Salary Range: $225,000 - $285,000 salary a year with the opportunity for eligible employees to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
