ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a hands-on Product Growth Manager to build and grow the creator side of a consumer gaming marketplace. You will own the creator journey from first visit to first published game, working across product, engineering, design, and data with significant ownership.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Identify high-impact growth opportunities across creator acquisition, activation, and engagement, then ship experiments to improve key metrics.
- Build mockups and prototypes using coding and AI prototyping tools, and partner with front-end engineers to bring successful concepts into production.
- Analyze product data, run A/B tests, and turn user behavior into actionable growth strategies.
- Gather feedback from creators in community channels and translate it into product iterations.
- Collaborate across engineering, design, and data to shape the roadmap and develop the creator growth function.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Two to four years of experience as a product manager or growth product manager for a consumer product, with hands-on ownership of acquisition, activation, or retention.
- Experience designing and running growth experiments, analyzing results, and explaining what you learned.
- A hands-on individual contributor who has built product prototypes, scripts, or side projects.
- Experience with consumer AI for user-generated content or games, and familiarity with creator-side or two-sided platforms such as games, marketplaces, or UGC products.
- Strong computer science fundamentals or equivalent technical background, along with data analytics skills.
- Comfort with SQL, Python, product analytics tools, A/B testing, and AI prototyping tools.
- Eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $165,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available. Equity and benefits were not specified.
