SWOT Hospitality is looking for an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Manager to join its team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel’s restaurants, bars, and food service areas.

- Supervise, coordinate, and motivate the F&B team.

- Ensure excellent food quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction.

- Manage staff schedules, inventory, and stock control.

- Monitor costs, budgets, and departmental performance.

- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.

- Coordinate with the kitchen and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.

- Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in a hotel.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

- Good command of English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.

- Knowledge of food and beverage cost control and inventory management.
