FCP Onboarding Specialist

You will own the end-to-end onboarding of business customers from first contact through approval. You will apply KYC and AML expertise to assess and mitigate risk, independently handle complex cases in the case-management system, support regulatory compliance, and improve workflows and automation. You will also share knowledge with junior colleagues.
Responsibilities- Own end-to-end onboarding for new business customers from first contact through approval
- Apply KYC and AML expertise to assess and mitigate risk
- Handle complex cases independently using the case-management system
- Collaborate with financial crime prevention colleagues to meet regulatory requirements
- Support junior colleagues and improve workflows, automation, and team performance
Requirements- 2+ years of experience in KYC, AML, or business customer onboarding
- Experience from a regulated financial institution or fintech is preferred
- Fluency in written and spoken Danish and English
- Risk awareness
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
