NOIO SERVER
Four Seasons Resort Hualālai is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Server to join the team at NOIO, our oceanfront Japanese sushi lounge and omakase dining experience. NOIO showcases the artistry of Japanese cuisine through expertly prepared sushi, sashimi, and seasonally inspired dishes featuring the freshest locally sourced seafood and premium ingredients. We are looking for hospitality professionals who thrive on creating memorable guest experiences through genuine connection, exceptional service, and a deep understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will guide guests through their dining experience, anticipating needs, sharing your menu expertise, and delivering the personalized service that defines Four Seasons.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Creating exceptional dining experiences through warm, personalized, and attentive service.
- Confidently describing food and beverage menu offerings, preparation methods, ingredients, and culinary inspirations.
- Guiding guests through menu selections and providing thoughtful recommendations tailored to individual preferences.
- Taking and accurately entering guest orders while communicating special requests and dietary needs to the culinary team.
- Coordinating timing of food and beverage delivery to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Delivering food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality, presentation, and accuracy.
- Anticipating guest needs, assessing satisfaction, and responding quickly and professionally to requests or concerns.
- Processing guest checks, cash transactions, credit card payments, and other payment methods accurately and efficiently.
- Assisting with the setup, maintenance, and breakdown of dining areas, tables, stations, and service equipment.
- Maintaining cleanliness, organization, food safety, and Four Seasons service standards throughout each shift.
- Working collaboratively with restaurant leadership, culinary teams, and fellow employees to create a positive and supportive environment.
WHAT TO BRING
- Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage.
- Minimum two years of restaurant, food & beverage, hospitality, or related experience required. [Job Descri...n - Server | Word]

- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service with a passion for hospitality and guest engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect meaningfully with guests.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
