Job Description
The Affiliate Manager, Crest leads the development and growth of affiliate and social commerce programs that convert creator activity into incremental digital commerce revenue.
This role combines strategy, creator community development, retailer activation, and hands-on program management—owning TikTok Shop growth, affiliate sampling, network recruitment, program quality, and emerging social commerce opportunities across Crest and Oral-B forms.
To be successful in this role, we’re looking for a leader who is adept at defining and delivering:
- A clear affiliate growth strategy that connects creator recruitment, content supply, platform activation, and digital commerce outcomes.
- A scalable affiliate sampling program that accelerates creator activation and builds a consistent pipeline of high-quality content.
- Dedicated affiliate networks by business form, including Oral-B, Crest Whitening, and Paste, with tailored recruitment and cultivation plans.
- Strong retailer and platform programs across TikTok Shop, Target, and Amazon, with clear launch plans, operating rhythms, and performance expectations.
- A forward-looking role for TikTok Live and emerging social commerce formats within Crest’s broader Social for Sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own TikTok Shop growth, including creator community management, affiliate recruitment, activation, and ongoing performance improvement.
- Stand up and manage an affiliate sampling program that accelerates product trial, creator participation, and content generation.
- Recruit, onboard, and cultivate a best-in-class affiliate roster, building durable relationships with high-potential creators.
- Build dedicated affiliate networks by business form, including Oral-B, Crest Whitening, and Paste, to improve relevance and scale.
- Develop and launch the Target affiliate program ahead of retailer go-live, coordinating requirements, creator readiness, and activation plans.
- Upgrade the quality and productivity of the Amazon affiliate program, improving creator selection, engagement, content quality, and sales contribution.
- Define and test the role of TikTok Live and emerging social commerce formats, translating learnings into scalable playbooks.
- Establish program goals, reporting, and optimization routines that connect affiliate activity to incremental digital commerce revenue.
- Partner across brand, media, sales, digital commerce, retailer, agency, and platform teams to deliver overall Social for Sales goals for Crest.
- Operate with disciplined stewardship, ensuring programs follow applicable P&G policies, platform requirements, and disclosure standards.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, Ecommerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, creator marketing, social commerce, ecommerce, or digital performance marketing, preferably in consumer goods.
- Demonstrated experience building or scaling affiliate, ambassador, or creator programs that drive measurable digital commerce outcomes.
- Hands-on knowledge of TikTok Shop and social selling platforms; experience with TikTok Live or other live-shopping formats is a plus.
- Understanding of retailer affiliate ecosystems, including Amazon and emerging retailer programs such as Target.
- Strong creator recruitment, community management, relationship-building, and program cultivation capabilities.
- Ability to segment creator networks and tailor activation strategies by brand, product form, audience, and retailer.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to connect creator activity, content performance, conversion, and revenue.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Independent operator who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, challenges established approaches, and builds new capabilities from the ground up.
- Passion for creators, commerce, and emerging social platforms, with a strong bias toward experimentation and scalable growth.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule in the Cincinnati, OH-based office.
