Prime Residential Sales Coodinator

Role Overview:
Based in our Hampstead office, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both our busy Prime Sales team and the Head of Residential. This is a varied and fast-paced position, combining executive support, office coordination and sales administration, which requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.
The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for the Head of Residential, providing seamless day-to-day support including diary management, meeting coordination, correspondence and general administrative assistance.
Alongside this, you will support the wider sales team, assisting in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and helping to deliver an exceptional experience for clients and customers.
You will be comfortable working under pressure, managing competing demands and handling confidential information with discretion.
