We are looking for an experienced Cluster Plumber to efficiently undertake a variety of plumbing tasks ranging from fixing leakages to installing pipes and HVAC systems.
· Familiarize with the design and layout of all guest rooms & public areas.
· Performs tasks of PPM in the guest rooms and public areas
· Ability to establish good working relationships with other technical and
maintenance personnel
· Report any unusual findings or safety hazards immediately to the DOE
· Install and maintain heating systems
· Install and maintain water supply systems
· Liaise with contractors and assist with fitting bathrooms
· Locate and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g. leaks)
· Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets etc.
· Repair domestic appliances (e.g. washing machines) and fixtures
(e.g. sinks) etc.
· Install and maintain gas and liquid heating systems (air-conditioning units,
radiators etc.)
· Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned
Experience:
· Previous experience in a large hotel with at least 500 keys in a luxury
property required
· Pre-opening experience is an advantage
Requirement:
· Proven work experience as a Plumber
· Active listening and effective communication skills
· Flexibility to work in shifts
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well
in a fast-paced environment
