The opportunity…
Technical Service Coordinator & Workshop Service Technician, a hybrid role working within the Technical Service department conducting administration duties at head office, as well as at our NSW workshop as a Workshop Service Technician.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical service coordination, customer support, and workshop service activities to a high standard in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with technicians, service supervisors, management, customers, and sales teams to ensure the effective delivery of technical service, workshop repairs, preventative maintenance, and administrative support functions.
- Support the end-to-end service process including job creation, scheduling, workshop repairs, spare parts management, loan equipment coordination, and customer communications.
Annual Salary: AUD 76,600 + Super.

Experience required:
- Previous experience in technical service coordination, workshop service, customer service or related technical support environments.
- Strong SAP, ERP and S4 system experience.
- Experience with S4 Service application within S4HANA.
- Experience with regression testing within S4HANA.
- Biomedical Engineering degree as a minimum; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience repairing ventilators, defibrillators and other hospital-based biomedical equipment.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Technical aptitude with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Process-oriented mindset with ability to follow and improve documented procedures.
- Understanding of WH&S principles and risk assessment practices.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high levels of customer service.
