Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
- Create and strengthen relationships with customers by providing a customer-centric experience.
- Assist all customers in need, regardless of department (sales, service, or parts).
- Maintain a tidy workspace.
- Inform management of customer service opportunities.
- Enhance the organization by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value.
Sales Support
- Assist and guide customer inquiries to provide a positive experience.
- Maintain a steady flow of customer interactions and inquiries.
- Fulfill customer inquiries and follow up as appropriate.
- Support the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Accurately enter sales information into the dealer management system and process appropriate paperwork.
