Our Manager, Salesforce sits at the intersection of business, technology, and operations. What you’ll do
Own and evolve the strategy, roadmap, and performance of Affinity’s Salesforce platform, aligning capabilities to business priorities and regulatory expectations
Lead the end-to-end delivery of platform initiatives, from requirements and design through testing, release, and adoption
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate lending workflows into scalable, high-value solutions
Drive user adoption and continuous improvement, enhancing the employee and member experience
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and delivery excellence
Ensure strong governance, risk management, and operational stability, including platform performance, data quality, and vendor alignment

What you’ve got
Post-secondary education in a related field, plus 5+ years of experience in lending systems, business systems management, or technology delivery
Strong experience in:
Business requirements and process design
Platform or product ownership (e.g., Salesforce)
Project/program delivery and stakeholder management
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
Experience leading and developing teams is an asset
