Demand Generation Manager
Harver · Atlanta, GA
Job Overview:
As our Campaign, ABX and Field Marketing Manager, you'll own the strategy and execution behind the campaigns,
account-based programs, and field events that turn awareness into pipeline. You'll build integrated campaigns, from
brand moments and product launches to ABX programs across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many tiers and in-person field
events, using channels like paid, email, organic social, and direct mail to attract, engage, and convert high-value
accounts throughout the buyer journey.
You'll partner closely with the marketing team to bring campaign and account context to how those channels get
used, and you'll need to be fluent in how each one works even though you won't be the only one executing within it.
This is a highly strategic, hands-on role where you'll use customer insights, intent data, experimentation, and
marketing analytics to continuously optimize campaign performance and drive measurable business impact.
Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations, you'll
build programs that accelerate pipeline growth, improve conversion rates, and directly contribute to revenue.
We're looking for a data-driven marketer who thrives on testing new ideas, measuring results, and turning insights
into action. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, creativity, and strong
collaboration to build a high-performing campaign, ABX, and field marketing engine that consistently delivers
qualified pipeline and supports the company's next stage of growth.
If you're passionate about working in a dynamic, fast-growing company, with cutting-edge technology, smart
colleagues, and opportunities for development, come grow with us!

We’re looking for people who have:
- Plan and execute demand generation campaigns, from brand campaigns to product launches, across channels
such as paid, email, organic social, direct mail, and events, using a multi-channel approach that drives
awareness, builds engagement, and converts, all tied back to KPIs
Build and execute ABX programs across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many tiers, using intent data, behavioral insights,
CRM intelligence, and account engagement signals to prioritize and engage strategic accounts
- Collaborate with product marketing to develop compelling messaging, content, and campaign assets aligned to
target personas
- Partner closely with Sales on new-business, expansion, and upsell campaigns
- Own Harver's event and field marketing strategy, trade shows, executive dinners, roadshows, and field events,
to drive pipeline
- Manage and measure the performance of demand generation, ABX, and event programs against pipeline and
revenue goals
- Report on program performance and turn insights into ongoing optimization
We're looking for people who have:
- Ideally, 4–5 years of experience in a demand generation, ABX, or field marketing role
- Demonstrated experience owning demand generation campaigns end-to-end; this role needs a generalist who
understands the full campaign lifecycle, not a specialist focused solely on one channel (e.g., paid, email, or
events alone)
- Experience at a B2B SaaS company; must have experience working at a US-based company in the US market
(global experience alongside US is a plus)
- Experience managing integrated demand generation, ABX, and field marketing programs across multiple
channels to drive pipeline and revenue
- Solid understanding of account-based marketing and how 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many programs differ from
evergreen or industry-specific campaigns
- Working knowledge of paid advertising platforms (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, or similar) so you can brief
campaigns and collaborate with the team running paid execution
Experience planning and executing B2B marketing events, such as trade shows and field marketing
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), general awareness of CRM
systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics), and comfort navigating paid platform back-ends (LinkedIn, Google
Ads/Analytics)
- Strong analytical skills, with comfort tracking KPIs across the funnel (impressions, MQLs, SQLs, opportunities,
revenue)
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with sales/BDR teams on account-based marketing and lead handoff
- Bonus: experience with intent or account-engagement platforms such as UserGems or G2
Pssst… you don't have to check all the boxes to apply!
