JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible

- Active ND License or IMLC with LOQ

- Active DEA Certification

- Certifications: ACLS, BLS

Duties & Responsibilities

- Treat patients according to licensure and privileges

- Prepare and maintain reports and correspondence necessary for professional services

- Provide coverage when other physician employees are unavailable due to vacations, holidays, etc.

- Supervise mid-levels, nurses, and other personnel

- Maintain timely patient records (within 72 hours)
