What this Journey Looks Like
We are looking for a Bilingual Sales Operations Support Specialist to join a project for a leading Canadian fintech company.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in both French and English (C1/C2) and have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience supporting sales operations and CRM data management.
This is a non-technical role focused on maintaining accurate customer information, reviewing documentation, and supporting day-to-day sales operations related to point-of-sale (POS) services.
What You'll Lead and Build
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Perform data entry, data validation, and CRM clean-up activities.
- Review customer documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Create and follow up on tickets requesting CRM updates or corrections.
- Contact customers by phone when necessary to verify or clarify information.
- Support daily sales operations and administrative processes.
What You Bring to the Table
- French proficiency: C1 or C2 (Must).
- English proficiency: C1 or C2 (Must).
- Previous experience in sales operations, administrative support, data entry, or CRM management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone in both French and English.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Availability to work full-time during EST business hours (Must).
- Based in France (Must).
