Position SummaryCaring Senior Service is seeking a friendly, motivated, and compassionate Community Outreach & PR Marketing Representative to help promote in-home senior care services throughout Wilmington, North Carolina, and surrounding communities.
This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and making a difference in the lives of seniors and their families. Marketing experience is helpful but not required. Training and a willingness to learn are valuable assets.
Key Responsibilities- Build relationships with senior centers, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, assisted living communities, churches, and local organizations.
- Introduce Caring Senior Service and educate the community about in-home senior care services.
- Attend networking events, health fairs, community programs, and senior-focused events.
- Assist with public relations, social media, flyers, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Develop connections with healthcare professionals and potential referral partners.
- Help families learn about available care services and connect them with the appropriate team members.
- Maintain outreach records and follow up with community contacts.
- Represent the company with professionalism, compassion, and integrity.
Qualifications- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, caring, and professional attitude.
- Interest in healthcare, senior services, marketing, public relations, or community outreach.
- Comfortable networking and speaking with individuals and small groups.
- Basic computer, email, and social media skills.
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel locally for community events, if required.
- Previous marketing or healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
