ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a B2B SaaS team building software for certification, inspection, and compliance workflows. You will work directly with customers to understand how their operations run and turn real-world challenges into production-ready software and AI-powered tools.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Embed with customer operations teams to understand how certification, inspection, and compliance work in practice.
- Lead customer conversations, write specifications, and build end-to-end solutions across the frontend, backend, data model, and AI layer.
- Own product areas from discovery through production, iterating quickly based on direct user feedback.
- Use judgment to identify which customer needs are broadly useful and which are specific to one workflow.
- Analyze customer documents, calls, and outputs to develop workflows for scheduling, technical review, conformity assessment, field inspection, and document intelligence.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Three to six years of software or product engineering experience, with a track record of shipping production systems.
- Full-stack development skills, including Python, TypeScript, React, Node.js, SQL, and experience with AI/ML, LLMs, document intelligence, or cloud infrastructure.
- Experience building products or systems from the ground up, ideally in an early-stage or founding engineering role.
- Comfort working directly with customers, learning operational needs, and communicating clearly.
- A strong academic or technical foundation and experience outside professional services or consulting.
- Forward-deployed engineering experience is a plus.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: £100,000 to £160,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
