Responsible for ensuring the accurate settlement of securities transactions, performing cash and position reconciliations, maintaining reference data, managing custody-related activities, and providing operational support across international markets.
â–ª Ensure Follow-up of instructions on international markets coming from clients until their settlement in coordination with the local and global custodians.
â–ª Perform Reconciliation and resolution of breaks.
â–ª Ensure Stocks forecast management :managing cross borders, instructing and recording fail coverage borrows.
â–ª Contribute to the minimisation of settlement costs & operational risk.
â–ª Contribute to the overall successful running of the settlement department.
▪ Keep the Team Leader informed about the clients’ activity and escalate issues whenever appropriate.
â–ª Keep the procedures up to date.
â–ª Ensure execution of tasks and completion of checklist.
- MS Excel (Proficient)
- MS PowerPoint (Proficient)
- Outlook / MS Office Suite
- Risk awareness and operational risk management
- English C1 (Fluent)
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in Banking Operations, Financial Operations, Securities Settlement, or similar areas
