Inova Health is looking for a dedicated HR Shared Services Lead to join the team. Full-time Day Shift: Monday–Friday.

HR Shared Services Lead Job Responsibilities:
- Assists with onboarding and training of new team members
- Handles escalations of complex customer concerns
- Provides customer experience mentoring as needed
- Collaborates with support team and leaders to provide ideas to improve performance and operations
- Coordinates the activities of a team members
- Monitors task completion and ensures performance goals are met
- Conducts regular and meaningful quality coaching and training
- Partners with department leaders to provide feedback for annual performance reviews
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: High School diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle & ServiceNow systems
- At least 1 year of HR experience
- Supervisor/Team Lead experience
