Client Relationship Executive

We're looking for a proactive and organised Client Relationship Executive (Internally known as Strategic Account Executive) to join our Business Development team.
This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of Brabners' client relationship and strategic account management activity, helping us strengthen relationships with some of our most important clients.
Working alongside Client Partners, Business Development colleagues and account teams, you'll help coordinate client activities, maintain account information, support meetings and events, and ensure actions are followed through. You'll play an important role in helping the team deliver an excellent client experience while identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support growth.
This role sits at the intersection of client development, account management and commercial insight. During your first few months, you'll work closely with the team to develop an understanding of Brabners' strategic client portfolio and learn our approach to client relationship management. As your knowledge and experience develop, you'll have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility for supporting key client relationships and strategic account activity.
This role would suit someone with experience in business development, client development, account management, sales support, client services or a similar relationship-focused role, who is looking to further develop their commercial and relationship management skills within a professional services environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the day-to-day delivery of Brabners' Strategic Account Management Programme.
- Coordinate account review and planning meetings, including scheduling, preparation of materials, recording actions and following up on agreed next steps.
- Work alongside Client Partners and account teams to support the delivery of account plans and identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships.
- Help maintain account plans, relationship maps and client engagement activity.
- Review client, relationship and performance information, highlighting trends and supporting account teams to identify opportunities.
- Coordinate the Client Voice Programme, ensuring feedback is captured, shared and translated into meaningful actions.
- Manage online client reviews and support the follow-up of client feedback.
- Maintain accurate client and relationship data across systems, including HubSpot and 3E.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of strategic client events, engagement activities and business development initiatives.
- Produce reports, presentations, research and updates to support strategic account activity.
- Track agreed actions and help ensure priorities remain on track across account teams
ABOUT YOU
This role would suit someone with experience in business development, client development, account management, sales support, client services or a similar relationship-focused role.
You don't need to have previously worked in strategic account management, but you'll be someone who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities and working closely with stakeholders to deliver results.

Experience within a law firm or professional services environment would be advantageous given the sector-specific knowledge involved, but we're also open to candidates from account management, sales, client services, CRM-focused and business development backgrounds who are looking to develop their career in a strategic client-focused role.
