Who we are
paper republic is one of the world’s fastest growing brand of premium notebooks and leather accessories. We design, produce and ship our notebooks directly to 300.000 customers worldwide through our own ecommerce website. We are a dynamic international team with over 140 people with more than 35 nationalities who like to develop and implement ideas together. Based in the heart of the 9th district in Vienna, paper republic HQ spreads over 1000sqm, bringing together production, warehouse, office and shop in the first district, making it a unique, fun and beautiful place to work.
Your Responsibilities:
- You’ll coordinate daily email correspondence with customers, providing prompt and thoughtful responses
- You ‘ll support the resolution of customer issues and complaints, whilst ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction
- You’ll process wholesale orders from order entry to invoicing
- You’ll handle B2B leads from first offer to order closure, responding quickly with tailored quotes
- You’ll review and adjust order quantities with the planning team, and follow shipments through to delivery
- You’ll act as a connecting point across teams, keeping communication flowing, clarify missing details and take part in regular syncs
- You’ll simplify and automate order processing – templates, tool synchronization, Gorgias workflows to shorten turnaround times for our partners
Your Profile:
- Ideally, you have prior experience in partner order management, sales operations or customer service
- You are structured, reliable and detail-oriented, and enjoy engaging in parallel projects
- Having experience with Shopify, Sufio, Gorgias or an interest in automating processes is a plus
- You are communicative and enjoy building long-term relationships with business partners and colleagues across teams.
- You remain calm, flexible, solution-oriented and an eye for detail.
- You have excellent communicational skills in English. German or French is a plus.
