About the role
- Recognized leader in project management; sets operational strategies with direct impact on results.
- Provides direction and influences leadership decisions; addresses complex problems
- Govern delivery frameworks; lead complex, multi‑stakeholder programs and institute continuous improvement and reporting standards.
Your key responsibilities
- Develops and executes program strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring clear goals, timelines, and resource allocation to drive successful outcomes.
- Identifies potential risks and dependencies within programs and develops mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Implements systems to establish and monitor quality standards to ensure that deliverables meet the requirements and expectations of stakeholders.
- Identifies and engages key stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are understood and addressed throughout the program lifecycle.
- Checks program performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) while reporting progress to stakeholders regularly.
What you bring
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is typically required to succeed in this role.
- Strong communication and project management skills as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to provide guidance, coaching, and training to other employees across the company within their area of expertise.
- Experience prioritizing and managing multiple projects efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced business environment and driving complex projects to completion.
- Successful experience enhancing existing team processes and introducing new solutions with conceptual thinking, data analysis, and critical reasoning.
