Asphalt Foreman – Hume

Our Hume team is looking for an experienced Asphalt Foreman to join the crew. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows asphalt, can lead from the front and enjoys working alongside their crew to get the job done safely and efficiently.
What you'll bring
- Strong experience working within an asphalt crew
- Previous experience as a Foreman, Leading Hand or senior crew member highly regarded
- Ability to lead, support and coordinate a crew on site
- Sound knowledge of asphalt paving and associated plant and equipment
- Ability to plan daily works and keep the crew moving efficiently
- Strong commitment to safety and Zero Harm
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid White Card – essential
- HR Licence preferred
- Flexibility to work day and night shifts
- Certificate II or III in Civil Construction advantageous
- Most importantly, a hands-on leadership style and willingness to work alongside the crew
