Valorem First is looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Digital & AI Support Apprentice to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI and sales technologies while working towards a nationally recognised qualification. You'll play a key role in supporting colleagues across the business, helping drive the adoption of digital tools, improving processes, and enabling teams to work smarter through the use of AI and technology.

Responsibilities:
- Train to become a super user of key platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Notion, Apollo, LinkedIn and Cognism
- Act as the first point of contact for colleagues requiring support with digital tools, AI applications and business systems
- Work collaboratively with sales, marketing and operational teams to improve processes and increase productivity
- Support lead generation, prospect research and data enrichment activities using Apollo, LinkedIn and Cognism
- Create reports, presentations and business content using AI-powered tools
- Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and improve workflows through technology and AI
- Maintain accurate data across business systems and support effective information management
- Contribute ideas and support projects that drive digital transformation across the business
What we're looking for:

- Comfortable speaking on the phone
- Driven, ambitious and self-motivated
- Competitive with a desire to achieve results
- Interested in technology, AI and digital innovation
- A full UK driving licence is beneficial but not essential
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

They ensure you settle in, help you develop all the skills you need to be successful in your job role and pass your assessments, and can provide one to one support.
Starting with insights into your current potential, they plan your growth in a programmatic way, close skills gaps with immersive training and ensure what you learn is applicable to what you do. They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.
On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
