ABOUT THE ROLE
Join an engineering team building software for construction and field services businesses. You will own complex, full-stack projects that improve how contractors manage people, finances, and field operations, working closely with teammates and customers to deliver useful solutions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead the design and implementation of complex product features from technical planning through release.
- Build and maintain full-stack applications, APIs, infrastructure, and services.
- Work with product partners and customers to understand needs and shape product decisions.
- Write technical blueprints and create reusable building blocks that support reliable development.
- Gather feedback and iterate on solutions to improve customer outcomes.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Four to nine years of full-stack software engineering experience, including experience at the senior level.
- A strong technical foundation and experience delivering complex products on high-performing engineering teams.
- Balanced experience across frontend interfaces, backend APIs, and modular infrastructure or services.
- Familiarity with TypeScript, React, and Node.js, or comparable technologies.
- A product-minded approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical partners.
- Experience at a high-growth startup and an ownership-oriented, decisive approach to engineering.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $200,000 to $240,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

On-site in San Francisco, California.
