No qualifications or previous care experience are required.
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, including those looking for a career change, returning to work or taking their first steps into the care sector.
Experience in care is welcome but not essential. Skills developed through previous employment, family life and supporting others can provide a valuable foundation for this role.
We're looking for people who are kind, patient, reliable and respectful, with good communication skills and a genuine desire to help others.
If you're looking for meaningful work where you can develop new skills, build lasting relationships and make a positive difference in your local community, we'd love to hear from you.
