Who are you and what you’ll do
A Digital Project Manager at Arinco is a seasoned consultant and vital member of our team, bringing expertise across the full project lifecycle.
Beyond managing timelines and deliverables, you are a strategic partner – an active listener who translates complex technology concepts into clear business values.
In this client-facing role, you collaborate closely with customers to drive impactful project outcomes. As a trusted advisor, you ensure seamless delivery across our portfolio of customers within Arinco, balancing technical expertise with business acumen to achieve success
Our ideal person will have
- Lead end-to-end project delivery in a customer facing role, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to completion
- Apply project management best practices to keep project on track, balancing scope, time, cost and financial constraints, while ensuring customers satisfaction
- Effectively manage multiple concurrent project streams, maintaining oversight, prioritisation and control
- Easily switch contexts between tasks and/or projects, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and business needs as required
- Apply expertise in one or more leading methodologies, including Scrum, SAFe, DSDM, Prince2 to optimise project execution and drive successful outcomes.
- Facilitate and lead change management particularly withing transformational complex projects
- Drive and apply a strong sense of accountability and responsibility Take ownership of project success, defining and driving ways of working, ensuring clear approaches, effective facilitation and tangible business value
- Be a thought leader and trusted advisor, demonstrating stakeholder management across both technical teams and senior business leaders
Key requirements
- 8+ years of experience in end-to-end project delivery, extensive experience across the Microsoft tech stack in either; AI/Data/Modern Work and/or Cloud environments
- Experience in risk management, identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies
- Strong understanding of modern technologies to effectively engage with technical teams and ensure seamless project execution
- Significant demonstrable experience managing multiple/concurrent project streams
- Certifications across a variety of methodology practices and tools
- Experience working in large, complex organisations such as financial, government, mining and utilities – aligning with our diverse customer portfolio
- Ability to adapt project management style, ensuring alignment with customer and business needs
- Strong understanding of change management within transformation and/or complex projects
- Strong accountability and ownership mindset, driving best practices and structured methodologies to maximise business impact
- Ability to work in multi-vendor environments, ensuing collaboration and alignment across teams
- Proven written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and build report with stakeholders at all levels in a clear, concise and personal manner
