ABOUT THE ROLE
Join an early-stage AI productivity software team as Technical Chief of Staff, working directly with the founders across product, go-to-market, and operations. You will combine technical judgment with hands-on coordination to turn company priorities into plans and help the team execute effectively as it grows.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner with the founders on priorities across product, go-to-market, and operations.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and keep teams aligned on goals and delivery.
- Translate strategic goals into concrete plans, track progress, and support timely execution.
- Provide technical context and project-level insights to inform founder decisions.
- Drive high-impact projects from planning through completion, adapting as priorities change.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong technical background and computer science fundamentals, gained through formal training or equivalent practical experience.
- A recent graduate or someone nearing graduation.
- Experience translating strategy into actionable plans and delivering cross-functional work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, sound prioritization, and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Interest in branding, design, or social channels is a plus. No specific technical stack is listed.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary range is $55,000 to $80,000 USD annually, plus equity options estimated at 0.15% to 0.50%. Visa sponsorship is not available.

This is an on-site role based in Stockholm, Stockholm County, Sweden.
