We’re reshaping our Digital, Technology and Data function for the future, creating new opportunities, strengthening our capability, and building clearer, more resilient ways of working so we can deliver even better services for our Co-op, our colleagues, members and customers.

We're looking for a Microsoft 365 Service Analyst to join our Colleague Enablement & Insights team and help us deliver a great Microsoft 365 experience for colleagues across Co-op. You'll support the management, governance and adoption of Microsoft 365 services, helping colleagues get the most from the tools they use every day. Why this role matters

This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping how thousands of colleagues experience Microsoft 365 across Co-op. You'll work at the heart of our Digital Workplace team, helping to introduce new capabilities, improve adoption of digital tools and support changes that make it easier for colleagues to do their jobs. It's a varied role that combines service management, stakeholder engagement, communications, data analysis and continuous improvement, giving you the chance to make a visible impact across a large and complex organisation.

What you'll do

• Analyse service, adoption and engagement data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement

• Create colleague communications, guidance and training materials that help people get the most from Microsoft 365 tools

• Support the planning, coordination and communication of Microsoft 365 changes and releases

• Review Microsoft roadmap updates and change notifications, assessing potential impacts and helping keep colleagues informed

• Work with technical and operational teams to understand service impacts, risks and improvement opportunities

• Support governance activities, including licence management, risk tracking, reporting and service documentation

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, using insight and feedback to improve colleague experience and service performance

What you’ll bring

We’re committed to making our roles as accessible as possible, so we only ask for the minimum criteria. To thrive here, you’ll need to bring:

• Experience working with Microsoft 365 services and a passion for colleague technology.

• An understanding of service management, change management, governance or continual improvement practices

• The ability to communicate technical information clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Good presentation skills and able to deliver training to colleagues across the business

• Experience using data and insight to identify trends, support decision-making and drive continuous improvement

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships across different teams

• Good organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate activities effectively

• A proactive approach to problem solving, with the confidence to identify opportunities and recommend improvements based on evidence and insight

We know some people may hesitate to apply if they don’t meet every requirement. At Co-op, we’re committed to building diverse and inclusive teams, so if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t align perfectly, we still encourage you to apply.
