As a Talent Sourcer, you’ll proactively identify and engage exceptional talent, ensuring a robust pipeline of candidates to meet our hiring needs. In your day-to-day, you will:
- Proactively source and engage candidates via multiple sourcing channels
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Conduct market research and stay informed about industry trends
- Partner closely with hiring managers and the recruiting team to create strong talent pools
- Own your data and use it to drive improvements in the recruitment process
At Wix, we believe our best work happens together. Our work model is fully in person, with 5 days a week from our office. Flexibility remains a core value at Wix and special requests are handled thoughtfully at the team level.
- 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or sourcing
- Ability to partner and maintain excellent relationships with peers and hiring managers
- Good eye for numbers and data, with the ability to extract insights from data
- Work well under tight deadlines with a sense of urgency
- Enjoy being a team player
