As a Spa Therapist at Collegio alla Querce, you will create moments of relaxation and renewal through personalised treatments, expert techniques, and a naturally attentive approach. Personalised Treatments & Guest Care
- Deliver a range of spa treatments, including massages, body therapies, and facial treatments, in line with your qualifications and the Spa’s service standards.
- Consult with guests to understand their preferences, expectations, and wellbeing needs, adapting treatments whenever appropriate.
- Create a calm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere, ensuring each guest feels comfortable and cared for throughout their experience.
- Provide thoughtful recommendations for treatments and wellness rituals based on individual needs and preferences.
- Respect guest privacy and maintain the highest standards of discretion and professionalism.
Spa Experience & Service Excellence
- Prepare treatment rooms with care, ensuring all equipment, linens, products, and amenities are ready before each appointment.
- Welcome guests warmly and guide them through their treatment experience, explaining procedures and answering questions where appropriate.
- Maintain a mindful and attentive presence throughout each treatment, ensuring comfort and wellbeing.
- Follow up on guest feedback and communicate relevant preferences or concerns to the Spa team.
- Contribute to a seamless and memorable wellness experience through attention to detail and heartfelt service.
Spa Operations & Standards
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas in impeccable condition.
- Follow all hygiene, sanitation, health, and safety procedures in accordance with property standards.
- Monitor the availability of treatment products and supplies, communicating replenishment needs to the relevant team members.
- Support the smooth running of daily Spa operations, including appointment preparation and coordination with colleagues.
- Handle Spa products and equipment responsibly, following established procedures.
Product Knowledge & Team Collaboration
- Develop a strong knowledge of the Spa’s treatments, products, and wellness offerings to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Spa team and other hotel departments to ensure a coordinated and personalised guest journey.
- Participate in training sessions and continuously develop technical skills and product knowledge.
- Contribute to a supportive team environment, sharing knowledge and maintaining consistent service standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist and/or esthetician, with proven expertise in delivering high-quality treatments.
- Experience in a luxury Spa or hotel Spa environment is highly preferred.
- Personal excellence in communication, professionalism, and a genuine passion for the healing arts.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a polished and approachable demeanor, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to maintain impeccable hygiene, sanitation, and organization standards in all Spa areas.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are highly desirable.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and holidays, in accordance with Spa operational needs.
