Testing Operations Coordinator

The Testing Operations Coordinator oversees photo submissions, operational survey submissions, and documentation of the weekly test desserts. This position aids in assisting the Director of Menu Operations to report on all findings of recipe wins and losses, operational issues, and quality standards as they relate to our Test Program. Utilizing Crumbl tools, this position ensures that Crumbl procedures are implemented, practiced, and documented as requested.
Duties and responsibilitiesTesting Program Management:

Write-up and send testing assignments to established testing groups, ensuring all testing locations are available.

Manage the schedule of upcoming tests and test store availability.

Coordinate ingredients for test stores to use.

Create and assign tasks for testing stores.

Work in the test kitchen baking desserts for internal taste tests as needed.
Surveys, Reporting & Data Collection:

Create, distribute and monitor weekly surveys for current and upcoming test desserts.

Gather and report on all surveys in the form of organized feedback, photos, and videos.

Create and organize targeted variations of weekly reports on each test product.
Store Communication, Support & Onboarding:

Approve tested products weekly with stores and provide feedback if not approved.

Communicate regularly with testing stores.

Monitor store activity, audit and record activity, and reach out when a lack of activity is noticed.

Onboard new test stores, including sending physical assets for the program.

Use troubleshooting techniques to help stores in need of assistance during testing.

Conduct quarterly 1:1s with all test stores
Assets, Reviews & Store Feedback:

Edit, audit, and upload instructional recipe videos.

Create, audit, and distribute weekly support assets for test desserts.

Provide weekly performance reports back to test stores regarding how the previous dessert performed.

Reward points to customers for participating in a test.

Qualifications

Crumbl Franchise or similar network experience strongly preferred
-
Bachelor's degree in analytics, culinary arts, communications, or related field preferred.

2+ years' experience working in analytics, restaurant operations, consumer insights, or other related fields.

Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal

Demonstrated ability to create structure and prioritize work
