Job Title: Program Coordinator

Reports To: Clinical Operations Director

FLSA: Non-Exempt

Pay: $36 per hour

Job Summary

The Program Coordinator supports the implementation, coordination, and continuous improvement of school-based mental health, prevention, and alternative-to-suspension programs. Reporting to the Clinical Operations Director, this role helps ensure program continuity, identify site and team needs, strengthen school and community partnerships, and promote consistent, high-quality program delivery across campuses.

Key Responsibilities

-

Provide a minimum of 20 hours of on-site program coverage, coordination, and support each week to ensure program continuity.

Collaborate with the Leadership Team to identify team and program needs, address challenges, and implement solutions.

-

Gather feedback from staff, students, and community partners to inform decision-making and strengthen program effectiveness and partnerships.

Monitor program implementation to ensure alignment with organizational values and standards.

-

Identify site-specific needs and recommend additional training, resources, or logistical support.

Project-Specific Responsibilities: L.I.F.E. Coordination

-

Track and review L.I.F.E. data to monitor program needs, progress toward program completion and direct implementation.

-

Track L.I.F.E. Advisory meeting coordination, facilitator support, and update program materials/content in collaboration with the Leadership Team.

Additional Responsibilities

-

Attend and support regularly scheduled program and direct service meetings.

-

Plan and facilitate program training.

-

Coordinate program materials, including letters, surveys, and supplies.

-

Compile quarterly data from eMend and service logs to track progress toward organizational goals.

-

Support the collection and analysis of pre- and post-wellness surveys and program feedback.

-

Participate in and facilitate presentations, tabling events, and community outreach activities with staff and community partners.

Qualifications

Education

-

Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Counseling.

-

Active or pending registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an ASW, AMFT, or APCC, as applicable.

Experience

-

Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in the mental health field.

-

Experience providing individual and group therapy, preferably with youth and families.

Commitment to the full school year to support continuity of student services.

Work Environment

Office environment indoors. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform functions. The noise level in the work environment is low to moderate. Some travel locally and out of the immediate area required.
